A dedicated project manager leads the Fortron/Source product transfer team. Supporting the project manager are component, purchasing, and manufacturing engineers. The goal of our product transfer team is to make a seamless product transition to our customers. We accomplish this by tending to the details to ensure that the manufacturing processes we incorporate will yield error-free quality.
Customers can either work on a single program basis or contract for the capacity of a project team to support multiple projects.
